I absolutely adored the beautiful, natural wood finishes throughout the hotel. It gave such a warm and inviting atmosphere, reminiscent of traditional Khmer design. The general areas were spacious and easy to navigate, perfect for senior people like myself. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with everything within reach and no stairs to climb.

I would have loved to see more activities or organized events specifically catered to senior guests. It would have been nice to have some gentle exercises or social gatherings to meet other travelers in the same age group.

Staff gave us a map of the town and directions to major sights. , breakfast was great and offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was convenient, being close to grocery stores and good restaurants. the hotel provided a free airport transfer service. The only negative was disruptive guests who did not adhere to the basic rules of the hotel.

Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The a twin room is well-maintained and has a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. The atmosphere of the hotel is special. It offers good services and has a varied and savoury breakfast choices.

Everything was perfect, fairly clean hotel, quiet location helpful in the end with transportation to bus station. Location: the property was near downtown-the night market and pub street, museum and night life and all the major sights. The team provided an excellent service. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too...

We loved the hotel's location, which was peaceful and quiet, but still within walking distance to the city centre. The pool was a perfect spot to relax after visiting the temples, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of Asian and American options, and the hotel provided excellent transportation services.

Beautiful Khmer architecture, friendly staff, convenient location for exploring temples. Quite a pool area, perfect for overheating after temple visits. Breakfast menu with both American and Asian options. Mr. Tai was polite and professional in helping with tour arrangements. Highly recommend!

The best aspects of my xmas stay at this hotel were the friendly staff who offered my family cool flannels and drinks upon arrival and the clean and comfortable room we were provided. The location was also perfect as it was within walking distance to restaurants and bars. One more advantage was having a pool to relax in after exploring the city.

The worst aspect of my stay was the limited amount of water that was provided. The breakfast options were also limited and could use some fresh juice options.

The hotel's WiFi was spotty and we ended up using our own data most of the time. some of the tours offered by the hotel were overpriced, so we looked for better options elsewhere.
